A: We can provide a sample; if we have ready-to-ship parts, we can send them right away; otherwise, it will have to wait for production. Customers must, however, cover the cost of the sample as well as the cost of delivery.

A: We can provide a sample if we have ready-to-paint parts in store, but there is limited color selection. For container quantities, the color can be customized.

A: Yes, both OEM and ODM are acceptable.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?

A: Scooters are usually packed iron frame and carton.

Q5. What is your terms of payment?

A: TT and LC is accepted. Sample order need 100% T/T advance. Container order could be 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance paid before shippment.

Q6. What is your warranty policy?

A: 

for 2-wheeled scooters: 

1 year for the motors, controllers & batteries powered by lead-acid batteries;

2 year for the motors, controllers and 3 years/30000km for batteries powered by lithium batteries.

for mobility scooters: 

2 years for the motors and controllers, 1 year for lead-acid batteries, 2 years/30000km for lithium batteries.

Q7. How about your delivery time?

A: It will take 30-40 days after receiving your advance payment, the specific delivery time depends on the type of goods, order quantity and custom design of your order.

Q8. What condition of scooter when it arrives destination?

A: In order to save transportation space and transportation cost, we will remove someparts. After arriving at the destination, customers can simply install them, then it will be a complete vehicle.

Q9. What is scooter home plug pin?

A: Different countries are using different charging PIN and voltage, tell us exact type of charger before you place order.
